多学科融合教学在儿童康复临床实习中的应用

摘要 目的探讨多学科融合教学在儿童康复临床实习中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法,选取2024年1月1日—6月30日在广西医科大学第二附属医院儿童康复治疗部实习的60名康复治疗专业学生作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用多学科融合带教模式,对照组采用常规带教模式。实习带教结束后,比较两组实习生的理论知识和实操能力考核成绩以及教学满意度、自主学习能力、康复核心胜任力、评判性思维能力评分。结果观察组的理论知识和实操能力考核成绩以及教学满意度、自主学习能力、康复核心胜任力、评判性思维能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科融合带教模式能够有效提升儿童康复实习生的考核成绩、教学满意度、自主学习能力、康复核心胜任力、评判性思维能力,教学效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary integrated teaching in clinical practice of children's rehabilitation.Methods A random number table was used to select 60 rehabilitation treatment students who practiced in the Children's Rehabilitation Treatment Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 1st to June 30th of 2024 as the research objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group received multidisciplinary integrated teaching model,while the control group received conventional teaching model.After the internship teaching,compared interns'theoretical knowledge and practical ability assessment scores between two groups,as well as their teaching satisfaction,self-taught ability,rehabilitation core competency,and critical thinking ability scores.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical ability assessment scores,as well as teaching satisfaction,self-taught ability,rehabilitation core competency,and critical thinking ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary integrated teaching model can effectively improve the assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,self-taught ability,core competency of rehabilitation,and critical thinking ability of children's rehabilitation interns.The teaching effect is significant.
