摘要
为建设“双一流”高校,提高研究生培养质量,构筑医学人才高地,培养复合型创新型高端医学人才,本文依托西安交通大学医学部交叉学科项目,探讨“医工”交叉学科研究生培养机制,建设交叉学科创新平台,建立交叉学科导师联合培养组,加强交叉学科培养过程管理,完善交叉学科学术成果评价机制,从而构建医学与工学、医学与理学专业交叉学科研究生培养新模式。
In order to build a"double first-class"university,improve the quality of postgraduate training,build a highland of medical talents,and cultivate compound innovative high-end medical talents,this article relies on the cross-disciplinary project of Xi'an Jiaotong University Medical Department to explore a"medical engineering"interdisciplinary postgraduate training mechanism,building an interdisciplinary innovation platform,establish a joint training group for interdisciplinary tutors,strengthen the management of interdisciplinary training process,improve the evaluation mechanism of interdisciplinary academic achievements,so as to build a new mode of interdisciplinary graduate training in medicine and engineering,medicine and science.
