摘要
目的构建康复治疗技术专业"紧密对接临床工作过程SOAP模式"实践教学体系,探讨分析其应用效果.方法选取2019级康复治疗技术专业1班的39名学生作为观察组,构建并实施"紧密对接临床工作过程SOAP模式"实践教学体系;将2018级康复治疗技术专业1班的50名学生作为对照组,采取传统授课模式.在完成1学年的实践教学后,比较两组学生的实践教学成绩及职业能力水平、教师对两组实践教学模式的满意度及学生对各自实践教学模式的满意度.结果观察组学生的理论考试、案例分析、实践操作成绩及职业能力水平评分分别为(81.75±2.37)分、(82.05±2.26)分、(83.56±2.08)分、(84.35±2.27)分,均高于对照组的(80.08±2.51)分、(80.35±2.43)分、(81.14±2.12)分、(82.03±2.44)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组学生对于其实践教学模式的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).教师对观察组实践教学模式的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论构建并实施康复治疗技术专业"紧密对接临床工作过程SOAP模式"实践教学体系,能够显著提高学生的实践教学成绩和职业能力,具有更高满意度,值得推广应用.
Objective To construct the practical teaching system of"Close connection with SOAP model of clinical work process"for rehabilitation treatment technology specialty,and discuss and analyze its application effect.Methods 39 students from Class 1 of Rehabilitation Therapy Technology Major of Grade 2019 were selected as the observation group to construct and implement the practical teaching system of"Close connection with SOAP model of clinical work process";50 students from Class 1 of Rehabilitation Therapy Technology Major of Grade 2018 were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.After the completion of one academic year of practical teaching,the two groups of students'practical teaching achievement and professional ability level,teachers'satisfaction with the two groups of practical teaching mode and students'satisfaction with their own practical teaching mode were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination,case analysis,practical operation and professional ability of the students in the observation group were(81.75±2.37)points,(82.05±2.26)points,(83.56±2.08)points,(84.35±2.27)points,respectively,which were higher than(80.08±2.51)points,(80.35±2.43)points,(81.14±2.12)points,(82.03±2.44)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 88.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teachers on the practical teaching mode in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction and implementation of the practical teaching system of"Close connection with SOAP model of clinical work process"for rehabilitation therapy technology major can significantly improve students'practical teaching achievement and professional ability,and have a higher degree of satisfaction,which is worth popularizing and applying.
