摘要
在全球应对气候变化和推动低碳转型的背景下,绿色就业逐渐成为经济增长、环境保护和社会包容的关键议题。基于SSCI数据库2006—2023年收录的3989篇绿色就业相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析,系统构建了绿色就业领域的知识图谱,识别出包括绿色人力资源管理、绿色供应链和绿色创新在内的核心研究群组、热点主题及其演化路径。研究结果显示,绿色就业领域呈现出强烈的跨学科特征,研究主题从宏观政策逐步拓展到微观企业管理与技术创新层面,涵盖绿色政策与市场协同、技术替代与岗位质量提升等关键议题。基于知识图谱分析,不仅揭示了不同群组间的演化关系及其跨国对比视角,还提出了未来绿色就业研究的拓展空间,包括概念精细化、测量标准构建和技能需求的区域差异化分析,为国内绿色就业研究提供了重要的理论支撑和数据参考,并为我国低碳转型中的绿色就业政策制定提供了国际经验和实践启示。
In the content of global response to climate change and promotion to a low-carbon transition,green employment has emerged as a key issue for economic growth,environmental protection and social inclusion.This paper employs CiteSpace software to conduct a bibliometric analysis of 3989 green employment-related studies from the SSCI database(2006-2023)to systematically construct a knowledge map of the green employment field.The analysis identifies core research clusters,hot topics and their evolution paths,including green human resource management,green supply chains and green innovation.The results indicate a pronounced interdisciplinary nature in the green employment field,with research topics expanding from macro-level policies to micro-level business management and technological innovation,which covers key issues such as green policy and market coordination,technological substitution and job quality enhancement.Through knowledge mapping,this paper not only clarifies the evolutionary relationships between different groups and their cross-country comparison perspectives,but also puts forward the expansion space of future green employment research,including concept refinement,measurement standards construction and regional differentiation analysis of skill demand.This study offers substantial theoretical support and data references for domestic green employment research,which provides international experiences and practical insights for China’s green employment policy-making within the low-carbon transition.
