摘要
知识产权是国家核心竞争力的重要组成部分。加强知识产权素养教育,可以推进知识产权强国建设,为经济社会发展提供有力的人才保障。文章选取获批江苏省知识产权信息公共服务网点的27所高校作为研究对象,调查其知识产权信息素养教育的开展状况,具体分析其教育主体和教育对象、教育媒体、教育内容、教育形式等方面的情况,总结归纳江苏省高校开展知识产权信息素养教育的特点和存在的问题,最后提出优化知识产权信息素养教育的对策和建议。
Intellectual property is an important part of the core competitiveness of a country.By strengthening intellectual property literacy education,we can promote the construction of an intellectual property powerhouse and provide a strong talent guarantee for economic and social development.This paper selects 27 universities which have been approved as the Intellectual Property Public Service Network in Jiangsu Province as the research objects,and investigates the status of intellectual property information literacy education in these universities,and specifically analyzes aspects such as educational subjects and objects,educational media,educational content,and educational forms.It summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of intellectual property information literacy education in Jiangsu universities,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the education of intellectual property information literacy.
