双创背景下理工科高校专利素养教育体系构建 被引量:3

Construction of Patent Literacy Education System in Science and Engineering Universities under the Background of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

摘要 理工科高校作为创新创业的主力军,每年在创新创业领域会产生大量的创新成果。但是,目前大部分高校主要将精力放在如何指导创新上,而对创新中所产生的知识产权问题重视不足,造成了大量创新成果的流失。因此,在理工科高校普及专利素养成为创新创业教育中的重要环节。该文分析了现有高等院校的知识产权教育体系,提出了一种理论与实践相结合、立足于多学科相融合的专利知识教育体系。 As the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship, science and engineering colleges and universities will produce a large number of innovative achievements in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship every year.However, at present, most colleges and universities mainly focus on how to guide innovation, but pay little attention to the intellectual property problems arising from innovation, resulting in the loss of a large number of innovative achievements. Therefore, the popularization of patent literacy in science and engineering universities has become an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education. After analyzing the existing intellectual property education system in Colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a patent knowledge education system based on the combination of theory and practice and multi-disciplinary integration.
