摘要
目的 调查鄂尔多斯市养老机构养老护理员培训现状与需求、对老年人的态度并分析其影响因素,为开展养老培训及教育提供理论基础。方法 采用横断面研究及便利抽样法,于2023年11月至2024年2月选取332名养老护理员作为研究对象,发放一般人口学资料调查问卷、养老护理员培训现状及需求问卷、老年人态度量表进行调查。结果 养老护理员学历层次偏低,年龄偏大,以女性为主;参加培训的意愿较强烈,86%的认为有必要参加培训;老年人态度量表得分为(116.99±20.76)分,趋于积极态度;多元回归分析结果表明,年龄和学历是养老护理员对老年人态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 建议政府提供相应的政策支持,完善养老认证体系;重视并加强对养老护理员的培训,提高其知识技能水平。建议学校增设老年护理相关课程,为社会输送年轻化的高质量养老人才。
Objective To investigate the status and needs of training for elderly care nurses in elderly care institutions in Ordos CIty,and their attitudes towards the elderly,and analysis influencing factors to provide a theoretical basis for carrying out training and education for elderly care.Methods Using cross-sectional study and convenient sampling method,332 elderly care nurses were selected as research objects from November 2023 to February 2024,and General Demographic Data Questionnaire,Elderly Care Nurses Training Status and Needs Questionnaire,and Elderly Attitude Scale were distributed for investigation.Results Elderly care workers have a lower level of education and are older,mainly female.The willingness to participate in training is strong,and 86%of them think it is necessary to participate in training.The score of the Elderly Attitude Scale is(116.99±20.76)score,indicating a tendency towards a positive attitude.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that age and education background were the influencing factors of elderly care nurses′attitude towards the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion Advice that the government provide corresponding policy support and improve the pension certification system.Pay attention to and strengthen the training of elderly care nurses to improve their knowledge and skills.Advice that schools should set up elderly care correlation courses to provide young and high-quality elderly care personnel for the society.
