摘要
通过对北京地区四家公立高职院校的667名护生进行问卷调研,发现高职护生的主要就业选择为医院,选择养老服务行业就业的人数极少。收入是高职护生就业时首要考虑的因素。除执业护士外,半数以上高职护生可以考虑医疗护理员、医院导医及养老护理员岗位,高职护生具有良好的就业选择可塑性。此外,普通高职和“3+2”护生对养老服务工作的接受程度好于贯通培养护生。通过加强对养老政策及养老服务工作的宣传、增加护生在养老服务行业的实践机会等措施,可提高护生对养老服务行业的认知,提升护生在该领域的就业意愿。
Through a questionnaire survey of 667 nursing students from four public vocational colleges in Beijing,it was found that the primary employment choice for vocational nursing students is to work in hospitals,with very few opting for careers in the elderly care service industry.Income is the foremost factor considered by vocational nursing students when making employment decisions.In addition to registered nurses,more than half of the vocational nursing students are open to roles such as medical caregivers(or medical nursing assistants),hospital guides,and elderly caregivers(or elderly care nursing assistants),indicating a high degree of plasticity in their career choices.Furthermore,regular vocational nursing students and those in the“3+2”program exhibit a higher acceptance of elderly care service roles compared to students in the through-train(or seven-year integrated)training programs.Measures such as strengthening the promotion of elderly care policies and services,as well as increasing practical opportunities for nursing students in the elderly care industry,can enhance their understanding of the sector and improve their willingness to pursue careers in this field.
