摘要
目的探讨养老机构养老护理员对老年人的外显态度和内隐态度的情况及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法抽取成都市某养老机构养老护理员150名,采用一般资料问卷、老年人态度量表(KAOP)和内隐联想测验(IAT),对养老护理员的外显态度和内隐态度及其影响因素进行调查分析。结果研究共发放问卷150份,有效问卷141份,养老护理员KAOP得分较高,内隐态度呈负向态度(IAT>0),但相容任务平均反应时与不相容任务平均反应时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单因素方差分析结果显示,年龄为养老护理员对老年人态度的影响因素。结论养老护理员对老年人持积极、尊敬的外显态度和消极的内隐态度。养老机构应加强对养老护理员的专业知识培训,有效改善消极态度,为老年人提供更优质的护理服务。
Objective To investigate the explicit and implicit attitudes of nursing assistants towards the elderly in nursing institutions for the aged and the influencing factors. Methods A total of 150 nursing assistants of a nursing institution for the elderly in Chengdu were randomly selected by convenience sampling method. The explicit and implicit attitudes of nursing assistants to the aged and the influencing factors were investigated and analyzed by general information questionnaire, kogan’s attitude towards old people scale(KAOP) and implicit association test(IAT). Results A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 141 valid questionnaires were recovered. Nursing assistants for the aged scored high in KAOP, but their implicit attitude was negative(IAT>0). However, there was no significant difference between the average response time of compatible tasks and that of incompatible tasks(P>0.05). The results of single factor analysis of variance showed that age was the influencing factor of the attitude of nursing assistants towards the elderly. Conclusion Nursing assistants have a positive and respectful explicit attitude and negative implicit attitude towards the aged. Nursing institutions for the aged should strengthen the professional knowledge training of nursing assistants, effectively improve their negative attitude, so as to provide better nursing services for the elderly.
