摘要
我国养老护理服务需求快速增长,但护理员数量短缺、素质不高等问题日益凸显。尽管当前多元培训体系初具雏形,但仍存在课程未分层分类、护理员参训意愿不强、评估激励机制不健全、培训资源区域差异大等不足。本文在实地调研和文献综述基础上,提出需从课程内容、考核标准、资格认证与信息管理四个方面实现统一。同时,通过强化职业认同与完善培训激励制度,激发养老护理员的培训自主动机;此外,强调媒体传播、公众互动和从业者表达三方面协同发力,重塑养老护理员职业形象,提升社会认同与职业尊严。
The demand for elderly care services in China increases rapidly,but nursing staff’s shortage and low quality are becoming increasingly prominent.Although the current diversified training system is taking shape,there are still shortcomings such as courses not being stratified and classified,weak willingness of nursing staff to participate in training,inadequate evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and significant regional differences in training resources.Drawing upon field research and literature review,this study proposes the need to achieve unity in four aspects:course content,assessment standards,qualification certification,and information management.At the same time,we can encourage elderly care workers’engagement in training by increase their career identity and improving training incentive systems.It also emphasizes enhancing caregivers’professional identity and improving incentive systems to boost training motivation,while advocating for coordinated efforts in media communication,public engagement,and caregiver self-expression to reshape the professional image and elevate societal recognition and occupational dignity.
