摘要
本指南依据国内外近期相关文献及专家实践经验与讨论意见编写,旨在为骨转移患者接受^(68)Ga-DOTA-IBA PET/CT检查提供全面指导,内容涵盖临床适应证、核医学医务人员岗位要求、操作规范、影像报告、质量控制及显像过程中辐射安全问题等的指导准则。通过遵循这些准则,我们致力于确保^(68)Ga-DOTA-IBA PET/CT检查的操作流程规范化与质量,同时为不同影像学表现提供准确的解读与标准化的诊断报告。
This guideline is developed based on recent domestic and international literature as well as the practical experience and discussion opinions of experts.It aims to provide comprehensive guidance for bone metastasis patients undergoing^(68)Ga-DOTA-IBA PET/CT examinations,covering detailed guidance criteria on clinical indications,personnel requirements for nuclear medicine staff,operating specifications,imaging reporting,quality control and radiation safety issues during the imaging process.By following these guidelines,we are committed to ensuring standardization and quality of^(68)Ga-DOTA-IBA PET/CT examinations process,as well as providing accurate interpretation and standardized diagnostic reports for various imaging manifestations.
