摘要
心物关系是古代学人关注的焦点问题,其研究滥觞于先秦,成熟于南北朝,《淮南子》保存了其于汉初生成演进的重要内容。《淮南子》秉持道本体世界观,构建起庞大而精密的系统,居于其中的人地位特殊,有“形—气—神”的独特构建;道以气为材料生成万物,万物之间相互感应,并以此勾连。人“应感不匮”时,有“天理灭”而“以身役物”的危险;但“知与物接”的模式使得人为主体的“感物”更强调对物的感受与观察,从而在世界观上为人树立了认识世界的可能。“感物”延伸出的“听物”则蕴藏情物合一的审美理想。
The relationship between mind and things constituted a focal point of inquiry for ancient scholars,with its investigation originating in the pre-Qin period and reaching maturation during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.The Huainanzi preserves crucial content regarding the formative development of this philosophical inquiry during the early Han dynasty.Adhering to a Dao-based ontological framework,the Huainanzi constructs an expansive and intricate philosophical system wherein humans occupy a distinctive position characterized by a unique tripartite structure of"form-qi-spirit."Within this framework,Dao generates the myriad things using qi as the fundamental substrate,establishing a network where all entities mutually resonate and interconnect.When humans experience"inexhaustible responsiveness,"they risk‘extinguishing natural principles"and"subordinating themselves to things."However,the epistemological model of"knowledge in contact with things"emphasizes human subjectivity in the perception of objects,privileging sensory receptivity and observation,thereby establishing the metaphysical possibility for human comprehension of the external world.The extension of this perceptual process into"listening to things"embodies an aesthetic ideal wherein emotion and object achieve harmonious unity.
