摘要
通过对《金匮要略》《外台秘要方》《备急千金要方》《圣济总录》《太平惠民和剂局方》等古籍中治疗脚气病、水肿病、咳嗽上气病、积气息贲病、肾热等的相关桑白皮类方进行梳理研究,发现桑白皮类方具有利水消肿、下气定喘之效,常用于脚气病、水肿病、咳嗽上气病、积气息贲病、肾热病等急危重症的治疗。汉宋之间的医家在应用桑白皮类方辨治以喘、肿、咳、躁、闷、闭为主要表现的急危重症方面经验丰富,并提出了相关服药法和服药后的注意事项,这为中医药辨治心力衰竭提供新的思路方法和方药参考。
Through analysis of white mulberry root-bark-containing formulas used in classical texts such as Jingui Yaolüe,Waitai Miyao Fang,Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang,Sheng Ji Zonglu,and Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang for treating conditions like beriberi,edema,cough with dyspnea,qi accumulation,and kidney heat,it was found that these white mulberry root-bark-containing formulas have functions of promoting diuresis to reduce edema and regulating qi to relieve asthma.They were commonly used in the treatment of acute and critical illnesses such as beriberi,edema,cough with dyspnea,qi accumulation,and kidney heat syndrome.Physicians between the Han and Song dynasties had extensive experience in differentiating and treating urgent and severe conditions characterized by symptoms such as dyspnea,edema,cough,irritability,chest oppression,and constipation using these formulas.They also proposed specific administration methods and post-medication care considerations.These historical experiences provide new insights,methodologies,and formula references for the differentiation and treatment of heart failure in modern TCM practice.
