摘要
桑白皮因具有多种功效而在方剂中被广泛使用,其药理作用和药效成分的研究成为学者关注的焦点。近年来,随着分离筛选纯化方法的发展,从桑白皮中分离出了众多的化合物,文章就近年来发现的桑白皮化学成分、药理作用及其可能的作用机制进行综述,以其为桑白皮临床用药及有效成分开发提供借鉴。
Sangbaiipi(Cortex Mori)is widely used in prescriptions because of its many functions.The research on its pharmacological effects and pharmacodynamic components has become the focus of scholars.In recent years,with the development of separation,screening and purification methods,many compounds were isolated from Sangbaiipi(Cortex Mori).In this paper,the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and possible mechanisms of Sangbaiipi(Cortex Mori)for recent years were reviewed,in order to provide references for clinical medication and effective ingredients development.
