摘要
发展职业本科教育是优化教育体系之需要,是经济社会发展对高层次技能人才需求的结果。职业本科教育是本科层次的职业教育,具有职业和教育双重属性,与普通本科教育或应用型本科教育不同,目标是培养面向产业一线、具有较强理论知识和技术应用能力的高层次专业性技能人才。然而,目前职业本科教育在政策制度、人才培养、办学模式、社会信任四个层面正面临现实挑战,必须采取应对措施推进其高质量发展。政策制度层面:细化政策措施,强化类型定位,严格执行标准;人才培养层面:优化专业建设,提升师资素质,加强经费投入;办学模式层面:推进职普融通,深化产教融合,加强国际合作;社会信任层面:创新评价机制,提升办学质量,重塑信任关系。
The development of vocational undergraduate education addresses the need to optimize the education system and meets socioeconomic demands for high-level skilled talents.Different from general or applied undergraduate education,vocational undergraduate education is vocational education at the undergraduate level,with dual attributes of vocational and higher education,aiming to cultivate high-level professional skilled talents with strong theoretical knowledge and technical application ability for front-line of industries.However,it currently faces challenges in four aspects:policy and systems,talent cultivation,school-running model and social trust.Addressing these issues is essential to advance its high-quality development.In terms of policy and institutional frameworks,it is crucial to refine policy measures,strengthen type positioning,and strictly enforce quality standards.For talent cultivation,efforts should focus on optimizing professional construction,improving the quality of teachers and increasing financial input.As for school-running models,promoting the integration of vocational and general education,deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening international cooperation are key strategies.Regarding social trust,it is necessary to innovate evaluation mechanisms,improve the quality of school-running and reshape trust relationships.
