高质量发展视域下我国职业本科教育发展现状、困境与策略——基于全国32所职业本科学校的统计分析 被引量:12

摘要 对全国32所职业本科学校的发展情况进行全景式统计分析。结果显示,当前我国职业本科教育发展存在五大困境:办学规模偏小、布局结构不优、办学条件不足、师资队伍不强、技术研发与社会服务薄弱。为更好地推进职业本科教育高质量发展,要加强统筹规划,扩大职业本科教育办学规模;要优化布局结构,促进职业本科教育协调发展;要改善办学条件,提升职业本科教育基础能力;要打造高层次双师队伍,强化职业本科教育高质量发展的人才支撑;要提升技术研发与服务能力,创新职业本科教育高质量发展的路径。 This paper makes a panoramic statistical analysis of development of 32 vocational undergraduate colleges in China.The results show that there exist five problems in vocational undergraduate education,such as small scale of running a school,poor layout structure,inadequate conditions of running a school,weak teachers,weak technology research and development and weak social services.In order to promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education,First,strengthening overall planning and expanding the scale of vocational undergraduate education;Second,optimizing the layout structure and promoting the coordinated development of vocational undergraduate education;Third,improving the conditions of running schools and enhancing the basic ability of vocational undergraduate education;Fourth,building a high-level double-qualified teacher team and strengthening the talent support for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education;Fifth,enhancing the ability of technology research and development and service,and innovating the paths and strategy of high quality development of vocational undergraduate education.
