摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,解析教育家精神之承上启下的历史使命、以身作则的榜样示范、追求卓越的职业操守等内涵,分析教育家精神与高校体育教育的报国之志与社会担当、授业解惑与具身体悟、明德弘道与终身体育的关联机制,并对当前高校体育教育存在的问题进行了深入剖析,在此基础上提出教育理念转变、教育模式创新、评价体系重构等多维路径。
This study employs research methodologies including literature review and logical analysis to decipher the core dimensions of the spirit of educators,encompassing its historical mission of bridging the past and future,its exemplary role of leading by example,and its commitment to excellence in professional ethics.It further analyzes the correlation mechanisms between the spirit of educators and higher education physical education in terms of patriotic commitment and social responsibility,knowledge imparting and embodied experience,as well as virtue cultivation and lifelong sports.The research conducts an in-depth analysis of current issues in college physical education and proposes multidimensional pathways for improvement,including the transformation of educational philosophies,innovation in pedagogical models,and restructuring of evaluation systems.
