摘要
为探索充填开采过程中所适用的地表沉陷和顶板控制技术以及控制效果,以赵庄二号井3#煤层2325工作面为例,构建煤层物理模型。对地表沉陷展开了模拟分析,主要从地面充填系统构建、充填材料选用、充填液面提升、布设隔离带、锚网索支护等方面对工作面充填开采顶板控制思路进行探析,取得了较好的充填开采顶板变形控制效果。
To explore the surface subsidence and roof control techniques applicable in the process of backfill mining and their control effects,a coal seam physical model was constructed using 2325 working face of the 3#coal seam in Zhaozhuang No.2 well as an example.A simulation analysis was conducted on surface subsidence,mainly focusing on the construction of the ground filling system,selection of filling materials,lifting of the filling liquid level,installation of isolation zones,and anchor net support to explore the control ideas for the roof deformation of the working face filling mining.Good results were achieved in controlling the deformation of the roof during filling mining.
