综采工作面膏体充填工艺的技术应用与实践

摘要 为充分回收煤炭资源,解决柴里煤矿工矿区域压煤资源的开采难题,在33采区西南部建(构)筑物下3上煤实施膏体充填回收实验开采。随着3306-1工作面作为首采工作面的试采成功,矿井将在膏体材料配比和充填工艺方面将进行不断的优化和创新,从而保证矿井煤炭资源的有效、安全的采出。本文系统介绍该工作面膏体材料配比、选择、生产、支护、隔离、充填的流程以及首采工作面结束后充填效果的验证情况,为今后充填工作面开采奠定了理论基础。 In order to fully recover coal resources and solve the difficult problem of mining coal resources in wide area of Chaili coal miners,paste filling recovery experiment was carried out in No.3 coal under the building(structure)in the southwest of No.33 mining area.With the successful trial mining of 3306-1 working face as the first mining face,the mine will continue to optimize and innovate in paste material ratio and filling process,so as to ensure the effective and safe mining of coal resources.This paper systematically introduces the paste material ratio,selection,production,support,isolation,filling process and the verification of filling effect after the end of the first mining face,which lays a theoretical foundation for future mining of filling face.
