基于条带式充填开采的离层注浆减沉技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 在浅部资源渐趋枯竭的背景下,针对大量“三下”压覆煤炭,离层注浆减沉技术越来越受到广泛应用。不过目前条带式充填开采基础上的离层注浆工艺研究还比较欠缺,结合邢台某矿条带式充填开采+离层注浆减沉实践,通过充填后采高等效换算,条带开采工作面注浆关键层优化、邻空工作面注浆孔位确定和注浆压力持续控制等关键技术,实现了条带式充填开采回收以往煤柱的地表沉降控制,地表沉降幅度在30mm以内,补充了不同条件的离层注浆工艺研究,对以往条带式开采矿井剩余煤柱的绿色回收有重要意义。 Under the background of the gradual exhaustion of shallow resources and the problem of a large number of"three under"coal overlying,the overburden abscission grouting technology for reducing ground subsidence has been more and more widely applied.However,the research on the overburden abscission grouting technology based on strip filling mining is still lacking.Combined with the practice of strip filling mining and overburden abscission grouting technology for reducing ground subsidence in a Xingtai mine,the control of surface settlement is realized when mining the previous coal pillars through the equivalent conversion of mining height after filling,the optimization of grouting key layer in strip mining face,the determination of grouting hole position in adjacent empty working face,the continuous control of grouting pressure and other key technologies.By using this technology,the surface settlement range is controlled within 30mm,which supplements the research on the overburden abscission grouting process under different conditions.It is also of great significance for the green recovery of the remaining coal pillar in the previous strip mining.
