摘要
为了研究充填开采顶板岩层的移动规律及影响因素,在综合分析岩层移动变形基本特征和充填体的受力特征的基础上,应用弹性地基梁理论,建立充填开采顶板岩梁力学模型及其微分方程,分析了充填开采顶板岩层移动变形的主要影响因素.结果表明,充填开采顶板岩层移动影响因素的主次关系依次为充填前顶底板移近量、充填欠接顶量、充填体压缩率和顶板岩梁所受载荷.阐明了充填开采控制岩层移动的力学机理,给出了岩层稳定性判据.最后,采用朱村矿充填开采的工程实例证明了该模型的应用效果.
In order to study the movement law of the strata and its influencing factors in paste backfilling,we established a top plate mechanical model and its differential equations with elastic foundation beam theory and based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the deformation procedure of overlying strata and stress characteristics of filled body.The main influence factors of overlying strata movement with filling are analyzed.The results show that the influence factors from major to minor are the unmeet distance to the roof stratum of filled body,the distance previously moved of the strata,the pressed ratio of the filled body,and the load of roof.Stability criterion for the overlying strata is discussed and the mechanism of strata control clarified with paste backfilling.Finally,the applied effect of the models is proved with a practical engineering in Zhucun mine.
