摘要
本文采用文献资料法、SWOT分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对“双减”政策背景下校外体育培训机构发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析,并提出相应发展策略,旨在为校外体育培训机构良性发展提出参考。研究认为:“双减”政策背景下校外体育培训机构优势在于政策红利导向利好、中考体育占比增加、家长观念及时转变,但也面临后疫情时代消费降级影响、行业发展迅速形成“扎堆”现象、项目多样导致家长选择盲目等劣势。“双减”政策背景下校外培训机构的机遇在于政策推动体育培训机构优化升级、师资水平的规范与提高发展、优质培训机构进入校园和社区,但也面临培训机构的资质参差不齐、培训机构资本化的利益导向、文化应试教育加重家长焦虑等挑战。据此,提出优化发展策略:守正教育行业初心,增强责任感使命感;改变经营发展模式,淡化资本利益驱使;减少家长盲目焦虑,树立正确教育观念;加强自身实力建设,有效对接学生校外需求。
This study employs literature research method,SWOT analysis,and logical analysis to examine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and treats faced by extracurricular sports training institutions under the“Double Reduction”policy.It proposes corresponding development strategies to promote their sustainable growth.Findings suggest that the policy creates advantages such as policy-driven opportunities,increased emphasis on physical education in senior high school entrance exams,and shifting parental attitudes toward holistic education.However,weaknesses include the post-pandemic decline in consumer spending,overcrowded market competition,and parents’blind choice of programs due to excessive diversity.Opportunities lie in policy-driven institutional optimization,standardized teacher qualifications,and partnerships with schools and communities.Challenges involve uneven institutional qualifications,profit-driven motives due to capital influence,and exacerbated parental anxiety from exam-oriented cultural pressures.To address these,the study proposes strategies:maintaining educational integrity and responsibility;shifting business models away from profit-centric practices;alleviating parental anxiety through proper education advocacy;and enhancing institutional capabilities to better meet students’extracurricular needs.
