摘要
研究基于黄河流域61个城市2011-2021年的面板数据,运用熵权—TOPSIS方法从科技创新、数字智能、绿色发展和产业创新4个维度构建黄河流域城市新质生产力水平评价指标体系,同步分析了黄河流域城市新质生产力水平的区域差异及动态演进特征。结果显示:研究期内,黄河流域城市新质生产力水平整体呈现上升趋势,地区间差距较大,呈现黄河下游>黄河中游>黄河上游的特征,区域内差异是造成新质生产力水平差异的主要来源;从城市层面来看,黄河流域城市新质生产力水平呈显著的阶梯型特征;从新质生产力水平的空间分布及演变特征来看,黄河流域及上、中、下游地区的新质生产力水平存在极化现象,同时存在显著的空间集聚效应,主要表现为低-低集聚。
Based on the panel data of 61 cities along the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2021,the entropy weight-TOPSIS method was employed to construct an evaluation index system for the level of new quality productivity in these cities,encompassing four dimensions:scientific and technological innovation,digital intelligence,green development,and industrial innovation.It analyzes the regional differences and dynamic evolution characteristics of the level of new productivity.Results show that:During the research period,the overall level of new quality productivity in cities in the Yellow River Basin showed an upward trend,with significant regional differences,exhibiting the characteristics of lower Yellow River>middle Yellow River>upper Yellow River.Regional differences are the main source of differences in new quality productivity levels.From the perspective of cities,the level of new quality productivity in the Yellow River Basin exhibits a significant step like characteristic.From the distribution and evolution characteristics of the level of new quality productivity,it can be seen that there is a polarization phenomenon in the level of new quality productivity in the Yellow River Basin and the upstream,midstream,and downstream regions.There is a significant spatial agglomeration effect,mainly manifested as low low agglomeration.
