摘要
新质生产力视域下的劳动者呈现高素质化,劳动资料呈现高智能化,劳动对象呈现高算力化。新质人才(新质生产力人才的简称)是具备新思想、新知识、新技能的高素质劳动者。生成式人工智能教育与新质人才培育之间虽然存在着内在的耦合关系,遵循着一定的理论逻辑、历史逻辑与实践逻辑。但是,生成式人工智能教育赋能新质人才培育还面临着诸多现实挑战。如,育人理念亟待更新,育人方式亟待改变,智能学科平台亟待健全,新质技能培训亟待加强,等等。基于此,应坚持教育、科技、人才统筹推进,培养新质创新型人才;建立“人机协同”专业教育模式,培育新质专业型人才;发展“智能学习共同体”平台,造就新质基础型人才;构建“技能赋能生态系统”,塑造新质应用型人才。
New quality productivity requires workers to present high quality,labor materials to present high intelligence,and labor objects to present high computing power.New quality talents(abbreviation for new quality productivity talents)refer to high-quality workers equipped with new ideologies,new knowledge and new skills.There is an inherent coupling relationship between generative artificial intelligence education and the cultivation of new quality talents,adhering to certain theoretical,historical and practical logics.However,the empowerment of new quality talent cultivation through generative artificial intelligence education faces several practical challenges:the concept of education needs urgent updating;educational methods require transformation,intelligent disciplinary platforms need to be improved,and new-quality skills training must be strengthened.In light of this,the future should focus on the following aspects:adhering to the coordinated promotion of education,technology,and talent,and cultivating new and innovative talents;establishing a“human-machine collaboration”professional education model to nurture new quality professional talents;developing“intelligent learning community”platforms to create new quality foundational talents;constructing a“skill empowerment eco-system”to shape new quality applied talents.
