Research Hotspots and Future Prospects of Education Governance in China in 2023

摘要 2023年,中国教育治理研究成果丰富、重点和特点突出,回应了中国教育的时代问题,体现了教育治理研究的学术特色和优势。通过系统梳理和分析教育治理研究文献,文章发现:2023年的教育治理研究密切关注党的二十大报告作出的重大战略部署,主要内容是基础教育治理、高等教育治理、教师教育治理、全球教育治理;形成了中国式现代化进程中的教育治理、以教育数字化开启教育现代化、生成式人工智能赋能教育治理、“双减”政策落地两周年省思、乡村振兴视域下的乡村教育治理等学术热点;聚焦教育治理概念厘定、教育治理学科建设、教育法体系化与法典化等研究前沿,深化了教育治理热点研究。从未来发展趋势来看,今后将进一步推进教育治理理论研究与学科体系建设,注重教育治理政策与立法研究,加强教育治理比较研究,深化教育治理实践研究,以深入推进教育治理体系与治理能力现代化。 In 2023,China’s education governance research results are rich,and the focus and characteristics are prominent,responding to the era problems of Chinese education,reflecting the academic characteristics and advantages of educational governance research.Through systematic review and analysis of education governance,the paper found that educational governance research in 2023 paid close attention to the major strategic deployment made by the report of the Party’s 20th National Congress,and the main contents were basic education governance,higher education governance,teacher education governance,and global education governance;and the academic hotspots such as education governance in the process of Chinese-style modernization,opening education modernization with education digitization,generative artificial intelligence enabling education governance,reflection on the second anniversary of the“double reduction”policy,and rural education governance in the perspective of rural revitalization were formed.The academic circles focused on the research frontiers of education governance,such as the definition of education governance concept,the construction of education governance discipline,the systematization and codification of education law,and deepen the research of education governance.In the future,it could be necessary to promote the theoretical research and discipline system construction of education governance,pay attention to the research of education governance policies and legislation,strengthen the comparative research of education governance,and deepen the research of education governance practice,so as to further promote the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity.
