摘要
周围神经损伤(peripheral nerve injury,PNI)是骨科常见疾病之一,即使经早期诊断和显微神经修复,往往留下功能损害或永久性残疾。随着现代医学的发展为PNI治疗提出神经显微修复联合跨学科综合治疗的新手段和思路。本文基于PNI分类、病理生理及修复过程,对PNI损伤手术治疗方法和潜在的非手术治疗策略进行综述。
Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)is one of the common diseases in orthopedics.Even if early diagnosis and microscopic nerve repair,it often leaves functional damage or permanent disability.With the development of modern medicine,new methods and ideas of nerve micro-repair combined with interdisciplinary comprehensive treatment are proposed for PNI treatment.Based on the classification,pathophysiology and repair process of PNI,this article reviews the surgical treatment methods and potential non-surgical treatment strategies of PNI injury.
