摘要
周围神经损伤是外科常见疾病之一,我国周围神经损伤的发病率也不断升高,损伤后的感觉和运动障碍导致的神经痛和瘫痪对患者生活质量造成严重影响。生物工程、组织工程、基因工程等都辅助参与周围神经损伤修复,目前神经修复已经不仅仅局限于显微外科术的治疗,而拓展为多学科的综合治疗方案。本文从周围神经解剖、损伤分类、病理生理及损伤修复的方法、修复效果等方面进行了综述。
Peripheral nerve injury( PNI) is one of the common surgical diseases,and the incidence of PNI in China is also increasing. Neuralgia and paralysis caused by sensory and motor disorders after PNI have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients. A variety of bioengineering,tissue engineering and genetic engineering are involved in the repair of peripheral lesions. It can be seen that neurosurgery has not only been limited to the treatment of microsurgery,but has expanded into a multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment program. This article reviews the methods of peripheral nerve anatomy,injury classification,pathophysiology,and damage repair of PNI.
