摘要
在乡村振兴战略的推进过程中,数字生态文明建设成为提升农村治理效能、推动绿色发展与经济转型的重要途径。数字生态文明通过智能化乡村治理、数字化生产以及可持续绿色产业,赋予乡村振兴新动能,其在改善乡村生活质量、推动绿色产业发展、提升生态治理能力等方面具有显著价值。然而,数字基础设施不足、人才短缺、文化制度阻力及政策资金支持不足成为建设过程中的现实挑战。为此,提出了加快基础设施建设、加强人才培养、创新建设机制以及完善政策资金支持等多方面的对策建议,以推动数字生态文明与乡村振兴的深度融合,实现生态与经济的双赢发展目标。
In the process of promoting the rural revitalization strategy,the construction of digital ecological civilization has become an important way to enhance rural governance efficiency,promote green development and economic transformation.The digital ecological civilization endows rural revitalization with new momentum through intelligent rural governance,digital production,and sustainable green industries.It has significant value in improving the quality of rural life,promoting the development of green industries,and enhancing ecological governance capabilities.However,the lack of digital infrastructure,talent shortage,cultural system resistance,and insufficient policy funding support have become practical challenges in the construction process.Therefore,this article proposes various countermeasures and suggestions,such as accelerating infrastructure construction,strengthening talent training,innovating construction mechanisms,and improving policy and financial support,to promote the deep integration of digital ecological civilization and rural revitalization,and achieve the win-win development goal of ecology and economy.
