摘要
教学质量是职业教育生存与发展的生命线,形成科学系统的教学质量保障体系是推动职业本科教育高质量发展的重要前提。但通过调查研究与访谈发现,我国职业本科院校教学质量保障体系构建面临教学质量保障定位不清晰、教学质量保障内容不健全、教学质量保障主体配置不足、教学质量保障制度有待建设、教学质量保障资源配置不佳等现实困境。为破解教学质量保障体系构建之困,职业本科院校需要锚定明晰化的定位目标,明确多元化的保障内容,打造专业化的保障主体,完善全面化的保障制度,设置整全性的配置方案。
Teaching quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of vocational education,and the formation of a scientific and systematic teaching quality assurance system is an important premise to promote the high⁃quality development of vocational undergraduate education.However,through investigation and research as well as interviews,it is found that the construction of the teaching quality assurance system in China's vocational colleges is facing many practical difficulties,such as the unclear positioning of teaching quality assurance,the incomplete content of teaching quality assurance,the insufficient allocation of teaching quality assurance subjects,the pending construction of teaching quality assurance system,and the poor allocation of teaching quality assurance resources.In order to solve the difficulties in the construction of the teaching quality assurance system,vocational colleges need to anchor clear positioning objectives,clarify diversified security content,create professional security subjects,improve the comprehensive security system,and set up an integrated configuration scheme.
