摘要
目的:调查医学院校大学生人际关系心理现状及影响因素,为改善其人际关系提供科学依据。方法:采用一般情况调查表和人际关系心理诊断量表对1558名本科生进行问卷调查。结果:医学院校大学生人际关系心理总分为(8.82±6.63)分。社团活动经历、班干部经历以及每日手机使用时间是人际关系心理得分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:医学院校大学生在人际交往方面存在一定的心理困扰,建议从个人、家庭、学校3个层面制定个性化的干预措施,以改善其人际。
The objective of this study is to investigate the current status and influencing factors of interpersonal relationships among medical students,providing a scientific basis for improving their interpersonal skills.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,558 undergraduates,using a general condition survey and interpersonal relationship psychological diagnostic scale.The total score for interpersonal relationships was(8.82±6.63).Factors such as participation in community activities,class leader experience,and daily mobile phone use were found to significantly influence interpersonal psychology(P<0.05).
