摘要
目的收集云南省红河州少数民族维持性血液透析患者问卷调查表,分析此类患者的健康素养状态及影响因素,为相关部门制定健康策略提供依据。方法选取2023年4月1日-2023年6月30日在云南省滇南中心医院(红河州第一人民医院)血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的142例少数民族患者为调查对象,利用一般情况调查表、慢性病患者健康素养量表,以问卷星的形式向患者展开调查。之后使用Likert 5级计分的方法,对患者问卷进行评分。最后以多因素logistic回归分析MHD患者健康素养的影响因素。结果共收回有效问卷142份、logistic回归方程显示,患者年龄、性别、家庭月收入、原发病种数、职业为患者健康素养水平的影响因素。回归方程为Y=101.628-4.706 X 1-8.635 X 2+6.132 X 7-9.273 X 9+6.138 X 11。结论可通过采取个体化的干预措施,提高健康素养水平。
Objective To collect the questionnaire of the minority patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province,to analyze the health literacy status and influencing factors of such patients,so as to provide basis for relevant departments to formulate health strategies.Methods A total of 142 ethnic minority patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in the blood purification center of Southern Yunnan Central Hospital(First People's Hospital of Honghe Prefecture)in Yunnan Province in 2023 were selected as the investigation objects.The survey was carried out to the patients with general information questionnaire,chronic disease patient health literacy scale in the form of questionnaire stars.Subsequently,the Likert 5-level scoring method was used to score the patient questionnaire.Finally,and the multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of MHD patients health literacy.Results A total of 142 valid questionnaires were collected.The logistic regression equation showed that patients age,gender,monthly family income,number of primary diseases and occupation were influencing factors for patients health literacy level,and the regression equation was as follows:Y=101.628-4.706X 1-8.635X 2+6.132X 7-9.273X 9+6.138X 11.Conclusions The level of health literacy can be improved by individualized interventions.
