摘要
目的了解新入职硕士学位护士人文关怀能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、人文关怀能力量表、护士职业认同评定量表对4所三级甲等综合性医院的115名新入职硕士学位护士进行横断面问卷调查,并通过单因素和多重线性回归分析其影响因素。结果新入职硕士学位护士人文关怀能力总得分是(205.81±8.28)分,其中认知维度(76.10±4.17)分、勇气维度(68.50±4.58)分、耐心维度(61.74±2.39)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、工作喜欢程度、是否参加过人文护理实践活动、是否有新入职人文关怀培训、与同事关系、与家人关系是新入职硕士学位护士的影响因素。Pearson相关分析结果显示,新入职硕士学位护士人文关怀能力与职业认同呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论新入职硕士学位护士人文关怀能力处于中等水平,年龄越大、对护理工作喜欢程度越高、参加过人文护理实践活动、有新入职人文关怀培训、与同事及家人关系越融洽的新入职硕士学位护士,其人文关怀能力越高;且新入职硕士学位护士职业认同感越高,其人文关怀能力越高。
Objective To investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of new nurses with master degree and to identify the influencing factors.Methods Totally 115 new nurses with master degree from four tertiary hospitals were surveyed using general questionnaire,caring ability inventory and professional identity rating scale.Single-factor and multiple linear regression were conducted to explore influencing factors.Results The total score of humanistic care ability of new nurses with master degree was(205.81±8.28)points,and the score of cognition,courage and patience were(76.10±4.17)points,(68.50±4.58)points and(61.74±2.39)points respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,job preference,participation in humanistic nursing practice,new humanistic care training,relationship with colleagues,and relationship with family were influencing factors for new nurses with master degree.Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the humanistic care ability of new nurses with master’s degree was positively correlated with professional identity(P<0.001).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of new nurses with master’s degree was at the middle level.The new nurses with master’s degree who were the older,the more they liked nursing work,participated in humanistic care practice activities,had humanistic care training for new nurses,and had harmonious relationship with colleagues and family,the higher their humanistic care ability was.The level of the professional identity of new nurses with master degree was strongly associated with their humanistic care ability.
