摘要
实现档案与业务的双向赋能是推动文件与档案管理领域数字化转型深入发展的现实需求。本文综合运用文献研究法和多案例研究法,从目标、主体、客体、系统、规则五方面构建数字化转型进程中档案与业务双向赋能的基本框架。以此为基础,归纳、总结实践案例中档案与业务双向赋能的实践路径,即在目标叠加的基础上,以主体协同、客体融合、系统衔接、规则统一为实践思路。研究显示,档案与业务的双向赋能是推动档案事业与业务深度结合的内驱力,未来应加强不同领域的档案与业务双向赋能的调查研究与经验总结。
The realization of mutual empowerment between archives and business constitutes a pragmatic necessity for advancing the digital transformation in records management.Literature review and multi-case study methods are comprehensively employed to construct a basic framework for mutual empowerment between archives and business in digital transformation from f ive aspects:goals,subjects,objects,systems,and rules.Based on this framework,the practical paths of mutual empowerment are summarized in practical cases,which are centered on the superposition of goals and guided by the practical approach of subject coordination,object integration,system convergence,and rule unification.It indicates that mutual empowerment is the internal driving force for promoting deep integration of archives and business.Consequently,there is a pressing need to intensify investigations,research endeavors,and experience consolidation regarding mutual empowerment across diverse domains.
