摘要
目的通过问卷调查了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间临床护士职业认同水平的现状。方法应用护士职业认同量表调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间289名临床护士职业认同水平。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间临床护士职业认同总分为(112.03±17.50)分;临床护士的择业原因以及驰援武汉的意愿对职业认同得分水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士的职业认同是以公众对其职业的认同为基础的,今后需加强社会宣传,着重突出护理的技能性和专业性,重塑护士职业形象,加深社会人士对护士工作的认识。
Objective To investigate the status of professional identity of clinical nurses during the period of coronavirus disease 2019.Methods Using the nurse occupational identity scale to investigate the occupational identity level of 289 clinical nurses during the period of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Results THE total score of occupational identity of clinical nurses during COVID-19 was 112.03±17.50,the reasons for clinical nurses’employment and their willingness to go to Wuhan had significant statistical significance on the score of occupational identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional identity of nurses is based on the public’s recognition of their profession,so it is necessary to strengthen the social publicity in the future,emphasize the skills and professionalism of nursing,reshape the professional image of nurses,and deepen the social understanding of nurses’work.
