摘要
我国制造业正面临国内外竞争激烈的复杂环境,提升智能制造企业的创新质量成为重塑我国制造业竞争力的关键。选取我国49家智能制造上市企业2018—2022年的面板数据为研究样本,基于TOE框架构建多元线性回归模型探究技术、组织和环境三个层面因素对我国智能制造企业创新质量的影响。结果表明:技术能力、知识产权管理水平、组织韧性、企业规模、市场竞争力能够显著提升智能制造企业的创新质量;政府补贴不能显著影响智能制造企业创新质量。研究结果可为提升我国智能制造企业创新质量提供参考建议。
China's manufacturing industry is facing a complex environment of fierce competition at home and abroad,and improving the innovation quality of smart manufacturing enterprises has become the key to reshaping the competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry.The panel data of 49 smart manufacturing listed enterprises in China from 2018 to 2022 are selected as the research samples,and a multiple linear regression model is constructed based on the TOE framework to explore the influence of three levels of factors,namely,technology,organization and environment,on the innovation quality of smart manufacturing enterprises in China.The results show that technological capability,intellectual property management level,organizational toughness,enterprise scale,and market competitiveness can significantly enhance the innovation quality of smart manufacturing enterprises;government subsidies cannot significantly affect the innovation quality of smart manufacturing enterprises.The research results can provide reference suggestions for improving the innovation quality of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China.
