摘要
新时代背景下,医学教育正经历着深刻的变革。新医科建设要求更加注重医学生实践与创新能力的培养。康复医学教育作为医学领域的关键分支,亟须适应这一变革,实现教育模式与方法的创新。本研究采用文献综述和案例分析的方法,探讨了新医科背景下学科交叉融合模式在康复医学教育中的应用与创新。分析了康复医学教育的现状与挑战,提出了康复医学教育的创新路径以及提质策略。强调了创新路径多元化与提质策略改进,旨在培养具有社会责任感和专业能力的康复学科医学生。通过国内外案例分析,本研究总结了实践案例的启示,并预测了康复医学教育的发展趋势,提出了持续推进学科交叉融合的策略与建议,以满足新时代医学教育的高标准严要求。
In the new era,medical education is undergoing profound transformations,and the construction of New Medical Science requires medical education to pay more attention to the cultivation of medical students’practice and innovation abilities.As a key branch of the medical field,it is of urgent need for rehabilitative medicine education to adapt to this change and realize the innovation of educational models and methods.This study uses literature review and case analysis methods to explore the application and innovations of interdisciplinary integration in rehabilitative medicine education in the context of New Medical Science.It analyzes the current situation and challenges of rehabilitative medicine education and puts forward innovative paths for rehabilitative medicine education and quality improvement strategies.It emphasizes the diversifica⁃tion of innovation paths and improvement of quality improvement strategies, aiming to cultivate rehabilitative medicine students with a strong sense of social responsibility and professionalism. Through analysis of cases at home and abroad, this study summarizes the enlightenment of practical cases, predicts the development trend of rehabilitative medicine education, and puts forward strategies and suggestions to continuously promote interdisciplinary integration to meet the high standards and strict requirements of medical education in the new era.
