国际、国内形势深刻变革之际,习近平提出了国家安全重要战略思想"总体国家安全观"。海警作为海洋维权执法的主要力量,面对复杂严峻的海洋形势,总体国家安全观于海警具有重要意义。总体国家安全观使海警建设有了战略统筹,海警维权有了战略定力,海警发展有了战略导向,海警必须深入贯彻总体国家安全观。
At the era of development and strategic global height, Xi Jinping focuses on the new characteristics of the new situation of national security under the new situation, and proposes the Overall National Security Concept of the major strategic thinking. In the face of complex and severe marine situation, the Overall National Security Concept is of great significance to China Coast Guard as the main force of maritime law enforcement. The Overall National Security Concept gives the construction of China Coast Guard a strategic coordination, gives safeguarding maritime rights and interests of China Coast Guard a strategic concentration, and gives the development of China Coast Guard a strategic orientation. China Coast Guard must thoroughly implement the Overall National Security Concept.
