摘要
为了提高近岸对海上入侵船只的拦截指挥效率,提出了一种近岸海上安保快艇拦截任务分配模型。首先,阐述了我国近岸海上安保过程中执法船艇拦截任务,将典型拦截过程分为预备、转向、追逐、机动和堵截5个阶段;然后,根据发现入侵目标位置、航向和航速,建立了拦截任务分配模型,能够按最大化最短安全距离或最小化最长拦截时间准则优化拦截任务分配模型;最后,给出了任务分配启发式算法流程,并通过近岸安保案例验证了模型有效性。
To enhance the interception command efficiency to the offshore break-in boats in area,an interception task assignment model for coast guard boats in the offshore area is proposed.Firstly,the interception task in the law enforcement ships in our offshore coast guard procedure is described.The typical interception procedure is divided into five phases,including preparation,turning,chasing,maneuvering,and intercepting.Then,according to the location,the course and the velocity of the discovered break-in target,an interception task assignment model is established.The model is optimized with the rule for maximizing the shortest safe distance or minimizing the longest intercepting time.Finally,the procedure of the heuristic algorithm for task assignment is given.The effectiveness of the model is validated with an offshore coast guard case.
