摘要
近年来,我国周边海域热点问题此起彼伏,维护海洋权益形势严峻,引起国内外广泛关注。海警部队作为中国海警整合后唯一一支现役的海上维权执法力量,承担着捍卫我国海洋主权,维护国家海洋权益,确保沿海地区安全稳定的重要职责。新形势下海警部队的建设要紧紧围绕履行职能使命,抓住提高战斗力这一核心主线,其中影响部队战斗力的因素是多方面的,从不同的角度分析当前影响部队战斗力的重要因素同时寻求提高之道才能更好的推进部队建设的步伐。
In recent years, with hot issues emerging one after another in China's surrounding waters,maintaining China's maritime rights and interests under the new situation is grim, which causes widespread concern at home and abroad. China Coast Guard bears the responsibility of defending China's sovereignty over the sea, safeguarding national maritime rights and interests and ensuring the safety and stability of the coastal areas. The construction of China Coast Guard under the new situation should focus on fulfilling the functions of the mission and improving the core combat effectiveness. This paper analyzes many factors that affect the combat effectiveness of troops from different angles with a view of seeking to improve the way to better promote the pace of construction of troops.
