摘要
百年来,中国共产党创立和发展了中国马克思主义国家理论,实现了马克思主义国家学说中国化时代化三次历史性飞跃。以毛泽东为主要代表的中国共产党人创立新民主主义革命理论,建立人民民主专政的国体和人民代表大会制度的政体、共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度、民族区域自治制度,成功完成救国大业、建国大业,实现了马克思主义国家学说中国化第一次飞跃。以邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛为主要代表的中国共产党人接续奋斗推进富国大业,建立社会主义基本经济制度、确立依法治国基本方略、实践“一国两制”和平统一伟大构想、提出走和平发展现代化道路,实现了马克思主义国家学说中国化时代化再次飞跃。以习近平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人带领中国人民推进中华民族伟大复兴的强国大业,提出国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、总体国家安全观、坚持和完善党和国家监督体系、构建人类命运共同体,实现了马克思主义国家学说中国化时代化新的飞跃。
Over the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China has formed and developed China’s Marxist theory of the state,which represents a new breakthrough in adapting Marxist state theory to the Chinese context and keeping it up with the times.The Chinese Communists,with Mao Zedong as the main representative,developed the theory of the new democratic revolution,established the state system of people’s democratic dictatorship,the political system of the people’s congresses,the system of CPC-led multiparty cooperation and political consultation,and the system of regional ethnic autonomy,successfully completed the great cause of national salvation and socialist construction,which marked the first breakthrough in adapting Marxist doctrine on state to the Chinese context and the times.The Chinese Communists,with Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,and Hu Jintao as their representatives,continued the great cause to make China growing prosperous,established the basic socialist economic system,the basic strategy of law-based governance,put forward and acted on the principles of“peaceful reunification”and“one country,two systems”,and set the journey for China’s peaceful development and modernization,which marked the second breakthrough in adapting Marxist state theory to the Chinese context and the times.And the Chinese Communists,with Xi Jinping as their chief representative,has led the Chinese people to push forward the great cause of national rejuvenation,advance the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance,pursue a holistic approach to national security,uphold and improve Party and state oversight systems,and build a community with a shared future for mankind,representing a new breakthrough in adapting Marxist doctrine on state to the Chinese context and the times.
