摘要
“双师型”教师,即同时具备专业理论知识和行业实践经验的教师,是提升高职教育教学质量的中坚力量。然而,当前高职院校在“双师型”教师的培养、认定和专业发展等方面存在诸多问题,如教师专业能力不足、认定标准不明确、培养机制不完善等。通过系统梳理和分析近年来的相关政策文献,本文揭示了“双师型”教师队伍建设的内在逻辑和发展趋势,并从政策优化、机制完善和教师专业发展支持体系构建等方面提出了具体的优化建议。这些建议旨在为高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供新的视角和解决方案,以期更好地满足社会对高技能人才的需求,促进高职教育的改革和发展。
“Double-Qualified”teachers,who possess both professional theoretical knowledge and industry practical experience,are of great significance in improving the teaching quality of higher vocational education.However,there are many problems in the cultivation,recognition,and professional development of“Double-Qualified”teachers in current vocational colleges,such as insufficient professional competence of teachers,unclear recognition standards,and imperfect training mechanisms.By systematically reviewing and analyzing relevant policy literature in recent years,this article reveals the internal logic and development trend of the construction of“Double-Qualified”teaching teams,and proposes specific optimization suggestions from the aspects of policy optimization,mechanism improvement,and construction of a teacher professional development support system.These suggestions aim to provide new perspectives and solutions for the construction of“Double-Qualified”teacher teams in vocational colleges,in order to better meet the demand for high skilled talents in society and promote the reform and development of vocational education.
