摘要 职业院校企业兼职教师的胜任力水平,关乎着职业教育的培养目标能否顺利实现。通过深入分析挖掘政策文本、相关文献、访谈资料,初步确立了职业院校企业兼职教师胜任力指标体系,并通过问卷调查法进行经验验证,修正指标体系,最终构建出了由知识素养、实践能力、条件许可、教学能力、职业精神、个性倾向、自我发展、品德素养8个维度以及维度下23项胜任力要素组成的职业院校企业兼职教师胜任力模型,以期为职业院校企业兼职教师的选拔任用、教育培训和考核管理等提供依据。 The competency level of part-time teachers in vocational colleges is related to whether the training goals of vocational education can be successfully achieved.Through in-depth analysis and mining of policy texts,relevant literature,and interview materials,the index system of part-time teachers’competency in vocational colleges has been preliminarily established.And through the questionnaire survey method to carry out empirical verification and modify the index system,a competency model of part-time teachers in vocational colleges is constructed finally,which consists of 8 dimensions of knowledge literacy,practical ability,condition permitting,teaching ability,professional spirit,personality orientation,self-development,moral literacy and 23 competency elements under the dimension.It is expected to provide a basis for the selection,appointment,education and training,and assessment management of part-time teachers in vocational colleges and enterprises.
