摘要
基于校企深度合作,以应用型本科高校专业课程为载体,学校教师和企业工程师组成“双导师”,共同对专业课程的教学标准、教学资源、教学模式、实验项目和考核评价等进行全方位改革,教学的每一个环节都注重学生职业胜任力的渗透和培养,从而为学生的可持续发展打下坚实的基础。
Based on the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,taking the professional courses of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities as the carrier,school teachers and enterprise engineers form a"double tutor"to jointly carry out an all-round reform of the teaching standards,teaching resources,teaching modes,experimental projects,assessment and evaluation of professional courses.Every link of teaching and learning pays attention to the infiltration and cultivation of students’professional competence,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of students.
