高质量发展背景下高职院校“双师型”教师协同培养模式构建研究 被引量:11

Research on the Construction of a Synergetic Training Model for“Double-qualified”Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-quality Development

摘要 建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作。高质量发展背景下构建高职院校“双师型”教师协同培养模式具有三重逻辑:从政策逻辑看,国家布局加快推动职业教育教师队伍高质量发展;从理论逻辑看,协同理论为高职院校“双师型”教师培养提供科学指引;从问题逻辑看,要聚焦解决职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设难题。高职院校“双师型”教师培养是一个需要多方协作的工程,要从培养理念、能力结构、运行体系三个维度构建高职院校“双师型”教师校企协同培养模式。其实践路径是:个体层面,厚植工匠精神,激发内生动力;学校层面,优化培养方式,提升工作积极性;企业层面,创设实践环境,提高互利共赢;社会层面,增强职业认同,促进自主发展。 Establishing a high-quality“double-qualified”teacher team is fundamental to accelerating the modernization of vocational education.Under the background of high-quality development,the construction of a synergetic training model for“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges has a triple logic:In terms of policy logic,accelerating the high-quality development of the vocational education teacher team through national layout;In terms of theoretical logic,providing scientific guidance for the training of“doublequalified”teachers in higher vocational colleges through synergetic theory;In terms of problem logic,focusing on solving the difficult issues in building the“double-qualified”teacher team in vocational education.Cultivation of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges is a project that requires multi-party collaboration,it is necessary to construct a synergetic training model for“doublequalified”teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of training philosophy,competency structure and operational system.The practical pathways are as follows:at the individual level,cultivating craftsmanship spirit and stimulating intrinsic motivation;at the school level,optimizing training methods and enhancing work enthusiasm;at the enterprise level,creating practical environments and enhancing mutual benefits;and at the societal level,strengthening vocational identity and promoting autonomous development.
