摘要
善用大思政课是新时代教学改革创新的方向。当下人口老龄化程度加深,老年医学人才短缺,开展老年医学课程思政建设是时代发展的需要。大思政格局下老年医学课程教育是值得研究的方向。文章在分析老年医学课程思政重要性和发展现状的基础上,探索老年医学课程思政建设的关键环节,以期有效构建全员全程全方位育人大格局,实现价值引领和专业教育相结合,培养德才兼备、全面发展的高水平人才。
Making good use of the great ideological and political education is the direction of teaching reform and innovation in the new era.Currently,there is a rapid expansion of an ageing population and a shortage of geriatrics talents,necessitating the integration of ideological and political education within geriatrics courses to meet the evolving demands of our times.It is a worthy avenue for scholarly investigation under the great ideological and political education pattern.This article delves into the importance and current status of ideological and political education in geriatrics.It explores the key aspects of its construction,with the objective of establishing a comprehensive educational framework that involves everyone,at all stages,and in all areas.This article hoped that it can combine value guidance with specialized education,thereby cultivating high-caliber talents who are well-rounded in both character and skill.
