摘要
当下社会层面人口高龄化进度持续提升,老年群体在医护、看护与健康管控层面的需求日渐显著,职业院校推动老年医学教育的现实作用更加紧要。聚焦老年医学教育的学科个性并联动院校、医疗机构及社区资源,构建相互衔接的授课体系,并给出深化学习活动的若干途径,以便为塑造切合时代需求的老年医学专业人才供给可操作的方案。
At present,the aging progress of the population at the social level continues to increase,and the needs of the elderly group in medical care,nursing,and health control are becoming increasingly significant.The practical role of vocational colleges in promoting geriatric medical education is even more important.Focusing on the disciplinary personality of geriatric medicine education and linking it with resources from universities,medical institutions,and communities,we aim to build a interconnected teaching system and provide several ways to deepen learning activities,in order to provide actionable solutions for shaping geriatric medicine professionals that meet the needs of the times.
