构建韧性技能生态:面向新质生产力时代的职业教育变革被引量：4

Building Resilient Skills Ecology:Transforming Vocational Education for the Era of New-Quality Productivity

摘要新质生产力时代,生产技术的跃迁、生产关系的重构以及社会关系的重塑全面而深刻地影响着职业教育。对于变革的全面性和不确定性,应以“韧性技能生态”构建职业教育变革的新框架。韧性技能生态以技能为核心要素,强调多元主体的协作共生,突出个体、组织与社会应对变革的韧性。在此框架下,职业教育的概念范畴从“为了职业的教育”转向“通过职业的教育”,功能定位从“适应社会”转向“塑造未来”,产教关系从“定向服务”转向“网络协作”。职业教育革新需要完善教育体系,拓展灵活适应的终身学习路径;创新办学模式,打造高效协同的产教合作网络;革新课程教学,突出综合职业能力与创新精神;营造支持环境,构建“体面工作”的职业生态。 In the era of new-quality productivity,the leap of production technology,the reconfiguration of production relations and the reshaping of social relations have comprehensive and profound impacts on vocational education.In the face of the comprehensiveness and uncertainty of change,vocational education should be transformed under the new framework of a“resilient skill ecosystem”,which takes skills as the core element,stresses the collaborative and symbiotic relationship among multiple actors,and highlights the resilience of individuals,organizations and society in coping with changes.Under this framework,the conceptual scope of vocational education should shift from“education for vocation”to“education by vocation”,its function should shift from“adapting to society”to“shaping the future”,and the industry-education relationship should shift from“orientated service”to“network collaboration”.The innovation path includes to improve the education system by building flexible and adaptable lifelong learning paths;to innovate delivery mode by creating an efficient and collaborative industry-education network;to reform curriculum and instruction by strengthening comprehensive vocational competence and entrepreneurship;and to create a supportive environment by developing an ecology of“decent work”.
