摘要
在阐释艺术教育培养目标、教学过程与教育对象独特性的基础上,提炼艺术职业教育中的教师专业素质内涵,建构校企合作途径下艺术职业教育中的教师专业素质结构,并结合“十四五”规划发展要求,提出我国艺术职业教育中教师发展的具体模式与策略,借助产教融合、校企合作,提高艺术职业教育的质量。
On the basis of explaining the uniqueness of training objectives,teaching process and educational objects of art education,this paper refines the connotation of teachers’professional qualities in art vocational education,constructs the professional quality structure of teachers in art vocational education under the path of schoolenterprise cooperation.Combined with the development requirements of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,it proposes specific models and strategies for teacher development in China’s art vocational education,and uses industryeducation integration and school-enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of art vocational education.
