摘要
"双师型"教师专业化既具有普通教师专业化的一般特征,也具有其特殊性。在阐述"双师型"教师专业化内涵的基础上,对"双师型"教师专业化发展存在的问题及原因进行问卷调查和理论分析,从学校的引导作用、资格的认定管理、培养模式、培训体系、评价制度等方面提出"双师型"教师专业化发展的管理策略。
Double-qualified teacher professionalization has the general characteristics of ordinary teacher professionalization, but also has its particularity. This paper explains the connotation of double-qualified teachers, analyzes the problems and causes of double-qualified teacher professionalization, and has proposed the management strategies from the guiding role of school management, identification and management of qualifications,training mode, training system and evaluation systems.
