摘要
新常态时期,随着国家产业结构改革的不断深入和产业转型的不断升级,中央提出了"深化产教融合"的新理念。这为我国职业教育改革指明了新的方向。本文基于职业院校双师型教师队伍建设的要求,分析了目前双师型教师队伍建设的现状,以探究产教融合对工商企业管理专业双师型教师队伍建设的影响。
In the new normal period,with the deepening of the reform of the country’s industrial structure and the upgrading of the industrial transformation,the central government put forward a new concept of"deepening the integration of production and education".This has pointed out a new direction for the vocational education reform in our country.Based on the requirements of the construction of the double-teacher teacher team in vocational colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the double-teacher teacher team in order to explore the impact of the integration of production and education on the construction of the double-teacher teacher team in the management of industrial and commercial enterprises.
